July 2023 saw 198 lives lost to unregulated drug deaths in BC. The only way out of this crisis is to embrace efforts to regulate the drug supply. DULF once again is demonstrating that if provided a consistent supply of substances of know potency, people can effectively mitigate overdose risks. As part of our Dope on Arrival program, DULF has provided the Western Aboriginal Harm Reduction Society (WHARS), with 3.5 grams of community-regulated heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine.
