DULF runs Cocaine, Heroin and Methamphetamine Compassion Club for 7th Month without a Single Death

DULF Compassion Club has sold over a kilogram of community regulated cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine over the last six months without overdose death.

Vancouver BC – In Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, where approximately 5 in 1000 people will die this year from an overdose, the Drug User Liberation Front (DULF) continues its fight for a regulated drug supply and is currently conducting the second phase of evaluation on its Compassion Club and Fulfillment Centre, which has sold over a kilogram of cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine to drug users in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside without a single overdose fatality. DULF continues to operate despite lack of federal sanctioning while fighting Health Canada in federal court. DULF’s success comes against a background where, in British Columbia, a bus full of people will die of opiate overdose death each week of the year due to an unregulated and toxic drug supply. This trend, where a 747 jet of people will die every 3 months from overdose, continues into 2023.

“Mr Bones, let me off your wild ride.”

Eris Nyx, Co-Founder, Drug User Liberation Front

As per tradition and commitment, and to commemorate the 211 people who passed away from overdose in January 2023, and the 177 people who passed away from overdose in February 2023, DULF has once again given away 3.5 grams of community regulated cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine to the membership of VANDU. This is the 14th giveaway of such drugs and part of the Drug User Liberation Front’s Dope on Arrival Program.
